1.Parameter Setting Mode:

Press both buttons with both hands, and the pressure head will slide slowly. When either button is released, the pressure head will hold its current position. Continue pressing to keep the head moving. When both buttons are released simultaneously, the pressure head will slide back to its original position slowly.

2.Operating Mode:

As a device start trigger signal, to ensure safety and meet different production needs, there are four start modes:

A: Dual-Hand Trigger Start - To ensure the operator's safety in a working environment with added grating protection, set the electronic press to dual-hand trigger start mode. Press the start buttons with both hands simultaneously within one second, and the electronic press will automatically start and complete one work cycle.

B: Dual-Hand Continuous Start - To ensure the operator's safety in a working environment without added grating protection, set the electronic press to dual-hand continuous start mode. Press and hold the start buttons with both hands simultaneously within one second and keep pressing until the work cycle is completed. If either button is released during the pressing process, the electronic press will stop at its current position and sound an alarm.

C: Single Cycle Press Mode - Using start modes A or B, each trigger completes one work cycle. This mode is suitable for the pressing and connecting of components.

D: Reciprocating Cycle Test Mode- This mode requires turning off the B start mode. In this mode, press the left button to start the device and complete the same pressing program reciprocally. Press the right button to complete the cyclic pressing operation. This mode is suitable for product fatigue testing.

3.Pressure Calibration Mode:

Press the left button to move the pressure head down inch by inch, and press the right button to move it up inch by inch.

4.Emergency Stop:

In any mode, use the emergency stop button in case of an emergency. Pressing the emergency stop button will pause the device, preventing it from moving to the next step. The device will only resume normal operation after manually rotating the button counterclockwise to release it.
