1. If there any quality problem for the system components during the warranty period, our well-trained engineer will provide service by remote video, please discuss with sales person if any on-site service needed.

2. Since the date of signing the machine acceptance documents or the machine delivered to customer site, XIRO provide 2 years quality guarantee for the whole machine. If need to extend the warranty period, please discuss with your regional sales.
