Equipment Installation
XIRO insists on client-centric, and provides comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services such as installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance for your enterprise.
Pre-sales
Based on the client's product drawings or samples, we provide client with production process solutions, including technical consultation, equipment selection, assembly of automated production lines, etc.
Installation
We will confirm the installation location with the client before shipment, configure the standard power supply for the installation site, and adjust the production parameters according to the client's needs. We will conduct machine testing to ensure proper operation. Upon arrival at the client's site, our sales and engineers will assist the client with installation and commissioning.
After-Sales Training
We will program, test run and inspect the equipment before shipment to ensure that it can be put into production immediately upon arrival and power-up. The machines are equipped with an intelligent gateway. When user plugs the key into machine, our engineer can remotely control the machine. When not in use, just pull out the key, remote control will be disabled. No need for engineers to be on-site for machine debugging, saving time and manpower costs, and speeding up after-sales efficiency. If any on-site training is needed, please discuss it with your sales representative.
Maintenance
After the machine is installed, the customer should promptly complete acceptance and trial operation, including checking the quantity, model, and functionality. After acceptance, the client is entitled to lifelong after-sales service from our company. If there are any malfunctions or if the environment cannot meet the requirements for normal equipment operation, we will assist the user in timely repairs to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
