Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A:We are a manufacturer. Since our establishment in 2002, we have more than 22 years of production experience and the production area exceeds 12,000 m². We have our own designer, and the machines have been patented.

Q:Where is your company?
A:Our company is located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, only 1 hours' drive from Baiyun Airport. If you plan to visit, we can arrange a private car to pick you up from the airport.

Q: How to get an accurate quotation?
A: you can check the "Contact Us" page for contact information or send an email to us, we will have a sales representative get in touch with you. They will assess the technical requirements, drawings, images, industrial voltage, planned production volume, and other relevant details you provide to select the most cost-effective model for you and provide a quotation.

Q:How long does it take for your delivery?
A: Generally, it will take 35 working days after receiving your deposit payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Sometimes we have standard machines in stock. Contact us for more details.

Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:We generally accept T/T, 50% deposit, full payment before shipping.

Q:What is the warranty period of your machine?
A:Our warranty period for regular machines is 2 years, and for special non-standard machines, we can provide 3 years warranty period. Please confirm the warranty period with our sales team in advance. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts. We will dispatch engineer to your place if quality problem. For all the maintenance services above, we will response within 24 hours.

Q:Do you accept OEM customization?
A: We accept OEM customization, including customized appearance, color, configuration, etc. Please discuss with your sales for more details.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity of your machine?
A:The minimum quantity we accept is 1 piece, and can be customized by OEM to meet your specific needs.

Q: What kind of packaging do your machines use?
A: Due to the large size of our equipment, we usually pack them in wooden crates secured with steel wires to prevent damage during transportation. Additionally, we ensure that there are no other items placed in the container of the machine you ordered. If you have any other requirements, you can discuss them with your sales representative.

Q:How does your company provide after-sales service?
A:Our mechanical engineers provide remote assistance to solve minor problems that may arise during the use of the machine. This includes one-on-one coaching, with the option to send text instructions or videos to help you with your questions. If any parts need to be replaced during the warranty period, we will provide them for free. If remote guidance is not enough to solve more serious problems, we will arrange for on-site service by engineers. In areas where we have agents, we will contact them directly to provide services. After-sale service location is in the client's factory. For further after-sales services, please discuss with your sales representative.

Q:Does your company provide training?
A:You are welcome to arrange relevant personnel to come to our company for on-site study, and we will provide professional one-on-one guidance. However, if it is not convenient for you to visit our company, we can also provide remote training options. You can discuss them with your sales representative.

Q: What is the advantage of your factory?
A: The main components of our machines are sourced from renowned brands in Japan, Germany, and other countries. The quality and precision are comparable to machinery from well-known brands in Japan and Germany within the industry, but our unit price is lower, offering a higher cost-performance ratio.

Q:How do you charge for transport?
A:Ocean freight charges are usually determined by the forwarder. You can choose to arrange delivery using our freight forwarder or choose your own freight forwarder. Our terms include three different trade options: EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), for you to choose from.
